Close proximity to the Cité du Vin.
We faced several issues . First, our room had an awful sewage smell that persisted despite the staff bringing in a machine to help. The reception and hallway had odors, quite off-putting. To top it all off, the towels were insufficient for our family, and we often had to ask for extras.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. Just a short walk to Cité du Vin and super close to tram access. The kitchenette in the studio was fantastic. It had everything for making breakfast or snacks. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay. The noise from the streets was quite bothersome at night, especially since I like to sleep with the window open for fresh air. Another downside was the inconsistent cleaning service. The only cleaning occurred weekly, so I had to ask for more towels. Despite these issues, the staff was helpful and accommodating were nice. Would love to see improvements in soundproofing the rooms and offering more frequent cleaning services.
